Starting a Return
Describe the issue clearly and include relevant photos when the item's condition, missing accessories or a delivery problem needs to be reviewed. The support team can provide the next steps and return instructions appropriate to your order.
Do not send an item to the listed business address unless the support team has confirmed where it should be sent. A business contact address is not necessarily a processing or returns destination.

If you purchased the wrong compatible size or a model that does not meet your needs, explain which item you want to exchange and what you need instead.
Replacement availability depends on the item and current stock. We will not represent an alternative product as compatible with your existing pet devices unless its specifications support that claim.
