Free shipping applies to all Furqexa products. The stated order delivery time is 3–5 calendar days. Taxes and final payment totals should be reviewed at checkout.
Promotions & Discounts
Successful email subscription gives customers an automatic 15% discount sitewide, not limited to a first order and without a discount code. Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount without a code.
Promotion eligibility and combinations are displayed through the actual checkout experience. Where multiple offers overlap, the applied amount will depend on configured discount rules.
Product Selection & Safety
Pet technology and safety products should be used in accordance with their manufacturer instructions and with appropriate supervision. You are responsible for selecting suitable sizes and models and complying with local regulations.

Furqexa offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days. The store provides 24/7 customer support for order assistance and product questions.
