Shipping is free on all products available through Furqexa. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping.
The shipping benefit applies whether you are choosing a digital ID tag, everyday safety accessory, smart feeder or a larger automated pet-care device. The total shown at checkout is the best place to review the final payable amount and any applicable taxes.
Delivery in 3–5 Calendar Days
Our stated order delivery time is 3–5 calendar days. Calendar days include weekends; this is not a business-day estimate.
Actual carrier movement can occasionally be affected by conditions such as severe weather, service interruptions, or inaccurate delivery information. If delivery does not follow the expected window, use your order details when requesting assistance.

Tracking Your Delivery
Once tracking information is available, you can review progress through the Track your order link in the Furqexa footer. Depending on the carrier, scans may not appear immediately after the shipment is registered.

After Your Parcel Arrives
Inspect the parcel and the item, especially electronic devices and powered accessories. Check the included instructions, charging accessories and model-specific compatibility details before connecting or using the device.
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, reach out promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Furqexa offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
